I am cherry-picking some lobbyist gigs because some have so many clients. Remember that GENTING is not lobbying as Genting but as its subsidiary Bayfront 2011 Property LLC (I was surprised there weren't more for Genting):
T. SPENCER CROWLEY
RESORTS WORLD MIAMI DEVELOPMENT
6/8/2011
NEISEN O KASDIN
RESORTS WORLD MIAMI DEVELOPMENT
6/8/2011
JESSE MANZANO
NONE 6/24/2011
DIAZ-BALART, LINCOLN (Surprised on this one!!!)
BAYFRONT 2011 DEVELOPMENT, LLC

Here is a County List of Lobbyists on some other issues...
State Rep and Miami-Dade Pub Party chief Erik Fresen, also the gambling cheerleader, signed up to lobby for Landmark Aviation in February.
Jeffrey Bercow is lobbying for Lennar. He is also lobbying for Related Development, LLC. and Rancho Gaspar (see below) since March.
Miguel Diaz De La Portilla is lobbying for SFM Services since October 24th. They have a picture of the Orange Bowl on their Website. They do janitorial/landscaping services.
Ronald Book has American Traffic Solutions (the red light cameras) since July.
Miguel DeGrandy has American Medical Response Inc. (June), Carlisle Development (May) and Wolpert LLP since April.
Michael Freire has Lawrence Percival since August, Lennar since May, and recently Altman Development.
Armando Gutierrez has America's Transportation since April and Services Employees International Union also in April.
Juan Mayol, logs on Lennar since May, Lawrence Percival since August, Altman Development since October and Butters Aquisitions, since September.
Michael Freire is also doing Altman Development (October 25th), Butters Acquisitions, Kendall 137 Avenue Holdings, Lawrence Percival and Lennar. All were signed up after May.
Joseph Goldstein is doing Altman Development, Kendall 137 Holdings, Lawrence Percival and Lennar. Fortune Land Investments signed him up in April.
Okay it is official something is up. Now I read that Alberto Torres also has Altman Development, Butters Acquisitions, Inc., Kendall 127 Avenue Holdings, Lawrence Percival and Lennar Homes. Master Development, Inc. also signed him up In July.
Butters Acquisitions has Freire, Mayol, Slavens, Jugo Arza and Alberto Torres Lobbying for them. It is for land use and zoning for 124 acres. Lawrence Percival has a process hearing No. Z11-090 for a property at 11945 SW 127th Court and Freire, Goldstein, Kriscer, Marrero Priegues, Mayol, Perez, Slavens and Torres are lobbying for him (why does he need so many lobbyists for some changes to his property??). I have no information on what Altman is about but they have 9 lobbyists. It must be pretty big. And yes I am aware that some law firms routinely register a bunch of lawyer from their firm as lobbyists...so the count can be large when some of them don't do much on the item.

Michael Freire, Juan Mayol, Joseph Goldstein - for Lawrence Percival. Is that the charter review thing or something else?
it says in the article:
process hearing No. Z11-090 for a property at 11945 SW 127th Court. He is trying to get some changes on his property.
Sounds like a real rodeo down at County Hall!!
It sounds like it is time for Lawerance P to be booted off the Kendall Federation Board. That is the last place a lobbyist needs to be allowed to lurk.
