Could Biscayne National Park Superintendent Mark Lewis address the environmental impacts of the proposed Port of Miami expansions in his talk on Biscayne Bay reaching a state of "critical harm." Wondering if the Dept. of Interior has weighed in on the potential impacts of the super-freighters - potential for groundings, oil spills, impacts to coral reefs?
