Natacha Seijas: IF LOOKS COULD KILL! By Geniusofdespair

This is such a pisser. I could not believe the daggers coming out of Natacha's eyes during this deposition Thursday. You have got to watch it, watch her eyes when she hears Michael Pizzi's name. I never saw this kind of venom out of anyone. After she gets up we get to look at Stephen Cody's belly for a while. There is one County Attorney present, Gerald Sanchez, representing VNS in her official capacity and there is another County Attorney Orin Rosenthal representing the County. Natacha's PAC is suing the county for certifying the petitions. That seems like a conflict to me. It is my opinion, you can't have two lawyers from the same entity taking different sides.
Link to YouTube for this video.

The video takes time to load but it is well worth it. See Miami Voice's attorney's statement on the aborted depo in post 2 below.

I cant believe she refused to answer questions in front of a reporter. Why is Natacha afraid of having a reporter present? What is she hiding that she doesn't want the rest of us to know?

Did Gerald Sanchez of the County Attorney's Office ($273,523 annual salary) object to having the Herald reporter present?

Doesn't matter if the County Attorney agrees. Florida law requires ALL parties to consent to the presence of the press. She was within her rights.

One correction: the PAC is not suing Ruvin, just the County.

Ha, angry little pig.

It matters to me whether my County Attorney --who is generously paid with my hard earned tax money-- is opposed to having a Herald reporter there. He works for us.

Here are some random thoughts on this (because I haven't had my coffee yet).

1) If looks could kill - VNS would win for sniper of the year.

2) VNS is a prime candidate for Strax Rejuvination - it worked for Katy Edwards, one of her best buddy's.

3) If have a HUGE problem with my tax dollars being spent on County Attorney's defending VNS.

4) DeFede is 100% - VNS is just "downright mean".

5) Dear VNS - you are a public servant, not self annointed Queen for the day. How dare you place your own self interest above the public you are SUPPOSED TO BE SERVING!

VNS is the role model for what every politician SHOULD NOT BE. Self absorbed, self everthing! She cannot even fake caring about our community or the citizens.

RECALL SEIJAS! And, one day, when Fernandez Rundle decides she also works for us - do some investigative work and prosecute some of these people, instead of going after the token "I did something" people who are not in charge!

This woman has made citizens and county staffsquirm over the years with attacks and false accusations. I LOOOOOVVEEEE seeing her in the hot seat for a change. Ha Ha..what goes around comes around.

I know a few employees that are also squirming though..ITC? Sustainability? Her daughter?

Cody needs to have his mommy button his shirt before she sends him out the door... ;)

For those interested in attending the hearing, it has been moved up to 3:30pm this Monday.

Just a little clarification: the county attorneys attended on behalf of us, county residents. They (on behalf of us) represent elected officials regarding their official duties. Cody represents Seijas on any personal (political) matters. Seijas can be faulted here for not accepting the petitions and for being so unnaturally sour, but having the county's interest covered is prudent.

Natasha's discomfort emphasizes the importance of voting in the recall election.
The date chosen of the vote
March 15.

"Beware the Ides of March," Caeser was told.
The date Caesar was killed in 44 B.C.
Caesar was stabbed (23 times) to death in the Roman Senate.

Stabbing's out of style , so vote.

I didn't understand why the Herald said it was not "clear" whether reporters could attend depositions in FL. Depositions are public proceedings unless a court says otherwise.

Is inviting a member of the press to a pre-trial deposition without notifying the other side sanctionable?

Once we dump Natacha, we can then dump her nepotism trail. Natacha's daughter Justina made $106,378 in FY 2009-10 as a Division Director in the Aviation Department. Natacha's other daughter, Luisa Millan, works as the Division Chief for Professional Services in the Office of Capital Improvements (the multi-billion dollar GOB bond program). Luisa did better than Justina in raking in the cash, making $151,351 off the county in FY 2009-10. Of course, neither job was advertised to the public and no one else was allowed to compete.

why O why is the county attorney representing us, the taxpayer by sitting with Sejias? The taxpayers instigated the recall. I believe that the cty attny is sitting on the wrong side of the table.

Looks like S. Cody left home in a hurry and forgot to close the last button. Maybe he couldn't??

This video is going to give me nightmares. Why did you have to put it on your blog. Thanks for nothing.
