With good news, comes annoying news.
In a hearing today, the judge ruled that Vile Natacha Seijas must attend and testify at a deposition requested by Miami Voice in the recall lawsuit. "In her ruling, (Judge) Donner admonished Cody for walking out of the deposition without seeking a ruling from her right then and there, adding that if she was called, 'I pick up my phone.'"
The annoying news...I was subpoenaed today. Why is it annoying? I won't be able to watch the proceedings. (No, I did not doctor this photo it was taken the exact moment that Michael Pizzi's name was mentioned).

Why are you being supboennaed? That's just so ridiculous. Let VNS go first!
Maybe Gimleteye can cover for you in watching the proceedings.
On a happier note, the guy who served me is an avid reader of Eye on Miami. Nice to have fans.
Why would you get subpoena? I don't think you collected any signatures on-line!! What a joke. Anything to justify the fat fee they are going to charge the PAC on behalf of Natasha Seijas representation. They need to make it seem like they have people that could shine some light.
I collected during early voting and election day in Miami Lakes.
It's harrassment. Pure and simple. Why do they do it? Because they can get away with it.
She looks like she is taking steroids. Doesn't her face look puffy?
Why is it when I see the word "compelled" along side a picture of VNS I immediately think of the movie The Exorcist?
Have we missed, all this time, that VNS is in fact demon-possessed?
There will be no fury short of hell if Seijas survives this political attack. So buckle up, readers.
Seijas is a very good actor within her limited range. It's the reason she won't talk to the press, because outside her range she gets flustered. The deposition is going to be very interesting. Will we get to see the real VNS?
