Better news for Crist in new Poll. By Geniusofdespair

Republican Marco Rubio (39 percent) leads Independent candidate Charlie Crist (31 percent) by 8 points and Democrat Kendrick Meek (22 percent) by 17 points in the race for U.S. Senate, according to the latest Suffolk University/WSVN poll. Rubio is dropping, and Crist is widening his lead over Meek.

Please don't vote for Meek people - if you add his numbers to Crist, he could overtake Marco by 9 points. Gelber is losing to Bondi by 8 points for Attorney General...she is awful. Sink is winning over Scott by 7 points. We have endorsed Crist, Sink and Gelber.

My vote is going to Crist.

Maybe when Bell loses she can go to work for Dracula Rubio and stay out of Homestead.

Don't vote for meek people? Sink is meek, that's her problem.

Did you see the debate tonight ? Charlie Crist proudly trumpeted his republican creds loud and clear. Tax cuts and repeal the health care bill. No way am I voting for Crist. I considered it, but I will not vote for a Ben Nelson or Joe Lieberman on steroids.

Then you will get Rubio...cut off your nose to spite your face.

Senator Rubio sounds just fine to me, next out in 2012 will be be Senator Bill Nelson and Sentor LeMieux will be back.

Dear Geniusofdespair, I understand and respect your position. The debate tonight got me off the fence. Rubio has a date with Palin in Orlando this weekend. We shall see if overconfidence and lack of experience on the national stage doesn't provide the proverbial political banana peel.

Crist was awful tonight, no substance and no solutions. Just attacking. Sad event for Charlie, he was terrible.

I happen to agree with GoD, as odious as Crist can be. A vote for Meek guarantees that we will have Rubio, on a fast track to Palin-land.

I cannot seriously believe that Bondi will be our next AG. What a shonda!

I did not leave the Republican Party. The Republican Party left me. :(
I can't believe I had to vote for Alex Sink!

I'd move, if there was any place to go. :)

Here's what you do - make a home made sign and stand out on a busy street with :

"Meek will not win. Please choose: Crist or Rubio"

It will work if we all do it.

Err...I don't get this Crist love affair. Or rather I "get" that a Senator Rubio would be a disaster, but exactly what is Charlie Crist?

He opposes "Obamacare" and wants a repeal(sorry 30 million uninsured people, you'll have to wait). He was a "Jeb Bush Republican before he was not. He was against gay adoptiopn, but is now for it. He campaigned for the dreadful Sarah Palin to become the second most powerful person in the country.

True, Meek is more of the longshot but he's been consistenly right on the issues and deserves Democratic support.

No 1. Meek has no chance.
No 2. Meek has betrayed our trust...see our numerous posts on why.

Stick to your current road and we will nave Senator Rubio and perhaps president Rubio one day...

Meek needs to get out of that race before he jeopardizes the whole state. He can't win. Truth hurts Kendrick - but don't make your denial hurt us all.
