Class action is moving forward.

At least one distributor for (Knoff (sp?) here in south florida's insurance company has already paid out damages in at least 1 case.

A lot of legal fees are going to get racked up on this one.

The tip of the iceberg...

The Builders should fix the houses they built. Then let them sue the companies that made or sold the tainted drywall. The homeowners have or should have a warranty from the builder. These big builders have made huge profits for years and charged an arm and a leg for these homes. In 2004 they were building homes worth no more than $200,000 and charging up to $800,000.Toyota built a faulty car and they are fixing the problem the same goes for builders I am quite suprized that elected officials aren't pointing this out. OOPS I forgot the big builders pay their campaign contributions so they can continue mowing down Florida..........

Correction - the insurance companies of the builders should pay this. If they get clipped, they can turn around and sue the insurance companies of the suppliers, who are also insured. In no way do I feel sorry for these insurance companies. They clearly lost the horse race.
