I saw Capitalism a Love Story, the latest Michael Moore documentary, at a special screening courtesy of Take Back the Land. There is a segment filmed in Miami with our own Max Rameau playing himself.If the Tea Party participants saw this movie they would absolutely love it, but they won't because Fox News will advise against it.
I did find it depressing, less humor than some of Moore's other films. The part about Timothy Geithner was frightening. I hope Obama fires him after he sees the movie.

Wall Street salesmen sure screwed Miami-Dade administrator types.
I could only hope Moore would do a Documentary on the hanky panky at County Hall! It would make Roger & Me seem benign. Could you imagine him following VNS around trying to get answers on anything or maybe getting a fake lobbyist in there with huge piles of money to throw around to see how much could be done. Pave over the Everglades, Rock Mine outside the UDB, Nukes on Biscayne Bay, taxpayer dollars for the Marlins profit margin, an arena next to an arena (now torn down), same with the two airport towers. And, speaking of the Airport - pony racing in the parking lot there! Or, better yet, try actually speaking at a public hearing and actually get heard by the BCC (some of them do listen, most do not).
County Hall needs Michael Moore! It's one huge Cesspool of corruption with little or no accountability to the taxpayers. A little exposure to the rest of the Country would make the most unbelievable piece of "are you kidding me" within Government. It may even put Chicago to shame!

It is easy to protest than to be part of he solution. Michael Moore is not always right. He really got the facts about cuban medicine very wrong.
Michael Moore is sure right on 99% of what he says. Slick Wall Street salesmen sure abused Miami-Dade County Manager George Burgess and his inexperienced staff. Wall Street slicksters sure abuse City of Miami administrators regularly.
