I looked at this photo on the cover of the Business Section in the Herald and couldn't figure out whether it was an ad or a news story. The banner certainly said ad to me -- looked like one of those info-ads you often see in the Real Estate section. When I turned to the page indicated I saw it was indeed an article. After reading the article, I wasn't quite sure why it was written...although I was left with this urge to call my broker and buy some Lennar stock.
Also in the Herald: Be sure to read Fred Grimm on the Meeks and County lobbying money. Skip this really stupid column by Garvin or read it for a laugh. His leap of logic that cult Preacher Jim Jones' kool-aid slaughter had a progressive motivation doesn't compute. Stick to TV reporting Glenn. Maybe, in your world, Charles Manson was a leftist too. You can't classify everyone, sometimes a nut is just a nut.

It looked like a free ad for Lennar to me in the newspaper this morning. This appeared to be a public relations release written up as an article.
Maybe it's in kind for all the glossy pull out ads they put in the paper. They're probably a top ad revenue generator for the Herald and this is a returned favor. It's sounds like the Lennar PR people wrote the article.
Building would be economic treason. How do we dumb down the meassage and educate the masses? Perhaps its time for a UTube video about Development in Miami. Would the "Eye" consider asking for submissions for its own film festival?
There is such a you tube video....

We posted the video March 22, 2008.
Looks like their PR guy earned his money!
