I have dreams of Redland ceding out of Dade & having their own County! Jon Stewart could have a field day with the area residents and the VNS/Moss interviews - the Herald would even report it! Since the county won't allow incorporation - why not!
looong live long island, yeaaah.
well, it would make sense for the NYC area to split off from NY state, though that might immediately make upstate worse than Miss.
