Herald editorial cartoonist Jim Morin puts the "hip" into hypocrisy. Anyhow, I'm a big fan. "Judicial activism" is in the eye of the conservative beholder. Morin gets it right. (Hit on photo to enlarge it)

Y'all rip those who oppose this nominee yet praise those who opposed Roberts and Alito who were as or more qualified than his nominee.
