The building was purchased 5/2007 for $1,025,000. It is now operating as a gallery.

I am sure this paint job would have given the City of Coral Gables code compliance people heart failure if they had presented with an "As Built" request for the nifty paint job.
It's at NW 7th Ave and 31st St, they've got bigger problems then paint jobs in that area!
I love Miami for its unusual architecture and paintings..and this is one of them!
Florida is the place where you can find things like these. It's good that the authorities have nothing against this kind of art!
