Justice Building Blog: Circuit Court Judges Duke it out, The Accused beats the rap. By Geniusofdespair

I always liked The Justice Building Blog by Rumpole even though I am not a lawyer because it is loaded with gossip from the Richard E. Gerstein Justice Building.

In a post from December 18th, about a Judicial Battery case, apparently Circuit Court Judge David Miller was cleared of battering Circuit Court Judge Maria Dennis. Joe Centorino of Rundle’s office wrote a close-out memo. They were fighting over the use of a fax machine so, according to Rompole, Chief Judge Farina:

"Banished the Jousting Jurists to separate floors of the (un)civil court house, and in a Solomon like decision, gave each of them their very own Fax machine."
