Lobbyist Ron Book: What Now? By Geniusofdespair

It is always fun to try to get that "pound of flesh" off of Ron Book or at the very least, a snicker. Don’t miss this one in Miami New Times by Tim Elfrink Lobbyist Ron Book Tries to Tackle the Housing Crisis: Maybe he can rent us a room in his $2.2 million pad in Plantation.

Sort of a weird disconnect, don't you think?

He reduces homelessness, yet is responsible for creating homelessness through support of that crazy unconstitutional residency restriction ordinance banishing sex offenders from Miami.

The public defender's office is currently challenging the law, but nary a whisper from the courts since August.

Perhaps because one of those presiding is up for reelection?

(Antonio Arzola)

Inferring, could the courts be ready to toss the ordinance--after the election--to avoid bad press?

Oh, by the way. The Champion of the Homeless spoke out against the ordinance as the case was presented.

Ron Book should not be involved in this issue with the agenda he is pushing.

Thanks for keeping an eye on this very powerful loser.
