Go to the Lobbyist Gala on April 24h. By Geniusofdespair

The Urban Development Boundary hearing affords you the opportunity to see many of the lobbyists in one place. The Hearing takes place at the Govt. Center, 2nd Floor, 111 NW 1st Street starting at 9:30 am. Go for the spectacle, try to get a lobbyist to buy you lunch. See the lobbyists hanging out in the lobby (of course). See them in corners on the phone or talking to each other in small groups. Take phone pictures of them. Stand next to them as much as possible and watch how you can control them: They will immediately stop talking. Meet Sergio Pereira (with the cigar hanging out of his mouth), Vile Natacha Seijas’ go to man.

Print and cut out these trading cards and see how many you can spot, take one point for each. Ten points and you are a winner. If you recognize a lobbyist depicted as a pin-up because I couldn’t find their picture, you get an extra 5 points. If you get me a picture you get 20 points.

If you get any of them to sign your trading card you are extraordinary. Scan it and I will print them here and you get a 50 point bonus for each one signed. Watch out for Pereira, he will sign it with Kris Korge’s name. (Hit on image to enlarge it).

I am going after the placeholder photos...that would bag me 80 point plus 20? was the 20 in addition to the 5 points? I want the 100 points!

I will give you the 100 points, I wondered if this was double dipping...but then I thought hey, this is about lobbyists...we can skirt the rules too!

I think there are several lobbyists missing from the deck.

This will give us something to do during the hours the county commission keeps the public waiting.

Given the fact that the BCC has to hear several zoning applications first, and the MPO is scheduled to start at 2:00, I don't see any of the CDMP items going until 4 or 5. Bruno has confirmed that he is not going to change the order of the agenda.

I brought my wanted poster to the CDMP meeting on the 24th, but the guards wouldn't let me take my dart gun in....gosh, those guards are not fun.

What, no Miguel de Grandy? He is always there and a BIG player behind the scenes.
