Environmental Lawyer? I think not! By Geniusofdespair

I got this legal supplement in the Herald. It was called “Florida Super Lawyers 2007”. Special advertising supplement produced by Law and Politics.

They list lawyers by categories and one category was called “Environmental.” Under this heading they had the names of Kerri Barsh, Jefferey Bercow, Simon Ferro to name a few.

Might I make a suggestion: That this heading could be more descriptive. These lawyers consistently work against causes of environmental groups, existing land use regulations, wetland preservation, etc. Maybe, to be totally accurate, we could title the heading: Lawyers who help developer’s get around environmental regulations? Is that accurate?
