So? Is it worth downloading the app? Can't you just summarize it for us?!? Did that poor county worker that adubois targeted have his day?

So many past lawsuits that he "can't recall" all the instances and details!

I might make it worth your while;)

Serves the county guy with a civil suit the day before the EQCB. Jose Luis Castillo, Ed Swakon and Lynda Bell. Private detectives. Oh, the stink!

He is a putz. Who says things like that in a depo

Ms. Nancy Lee: Don't you have anything better to do with your time? Seriously, you are only hurting the legitimate points that you make throughout this site by nitpicking details of people you don't care for. It's unbecoming and is exactly what brings down the credibility of your site. I wonder what a lawyer could ask you in a deposition?

@Last anon: I don't agree with everything she posts, but what kind of mindless fascist are you!!

@Last anon anon: Facist? Please elaborate... I happen to agree with a lot of what this site stands for, but these personal attacks on individuals that are obviously disliked on a personal level detract from the positive and progressive messages that should have attention brought to them. It is the exact tactic that our tweeter in chief uses and is so distasteful. focus on the real issues, not personal attacks.

Anonymous above appears to not want this information published. Hitting to close to home? Friends with the Vice-Mayor perhaps? Reading this deposition, it is clear that DuBois has something to hide and he is using his attorney as his cover. A quick search of the document shows that the words "I don't know" was uttered 66 times, "I don't recall" 54 times, "I have no idea" 25 times, and I don't remember 8 times.

Sure sounds like a "quick search" haha. quickly counted 66, 54, 25, and 8 times. Great context you gave as well Ms. Cespedes? or Ms. Watts? or Mr./Ms. Flinn?

The key word pages and counts are at the end of the deposition. duh. Petty grievances? Attacks? I completely understand Genius' focus on this individual since he is a poster boy for corruption. He's got the money and the time to threaten and manipulate anyone who keeps him from what he wants. I've got to live with the knowledge that my neighbors in this town of fools don't seem to mind if someone supports pedophiles, propagandizes populace and colludes with money grabbers at our our expense and detriment.
