Really good interview. Wish the mayor had let a national audience know that FPL and lobbyists for the energy giant are the kind of Florida well funded entities who have been working against the interests of climate change adaptation.
New Yorkers are one of the largest buyers of Miami Beach condominiums. New York real estate firm Brown Harris Stevens has acquired Zilbert International Realty. The New York Jewish population will continue to be large purchasers of Miami Beach property indefinitely. Many of the large purchases in Miami Beach are made by New York investment firms.

Maybe we need to get Stoddard to run for governor.
