Miami is a dire situation with retail. High end stores have expanded into South America. Rolex, Burberry, Coach, you name it. No need to travel to Miami to buy stuff. Watch what happens with Miami Design district and Craig Robbins. Take video of that area.

I don't know what is going on with Santa. The kids want to see and talk with him. But for some reason, parents aren't bringing them there. The few people who are there are actually shopping as they have shopping bags. The decorations are beautiful! In years past there were many people in shopping centers just sitting around, using the shopping centers as a hub for socialization rather than shopping. Something has changed. I purchased everything online this year because I hate crowds, searching for parking, and lines. Besides I am on a budget and all my purchases are targeted, with no opportunity for impulse buys.

I heard from a lonely Santa he is not allowed to say "Ho ho ho" anymore because he can get sued by people mistaking it him for repeating whore in front of children.
and the reason Santa and Mrs. Claus are having difficulty conceiving is because he only comes once a year.

It is insane at Dadeland and Dolphin Malls. Spend the 8 dollars and valet park. Don't make yourself crazy before you even get inside.
