Barf Bags Ready. By Geniusofdespair

Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush announced today that he will "actively explore" the possibility of a presidential run in 2016. Like we all didn't know.

Jeb is more like Boss Tweed than LBJ

I hope Elizabeth Warren runs and cleans his clock.

She is too liberal. We need a centrist like
Clinton.

Boss Tweed does sound vaguely like Jeb:

From Wikipedia:

Nast depicts the Tweed Ring: "Who stole the people's money?" / "'Twas him."
Tweed and his friends also garnered huge profits from the development of the Upper East Side, especially Yorkville and Harlem. They would buy up undeveloped property, then use the resources of the city to improve the area – for instance by installing pipes to bring in water from the Croton Aqueduct – thus increasing the value of the land, after which they sold and took their profits. The focus on the east side also slowed down the development of the west side, the topography of which made it more expensive to improve. The ring also took their usual percentage of padded contracts, as well as raking off money from property taxes. Despite the corruption of Tweed and Tammany Hall, they did accomplish the development of upper Manhattan, though at the cost of tripling the city's bond debt to almost $90 million.[17]

Hillary won't run.

Pimping off the city is better than pimping off of the futures of children. He made money off of destroying a whole generation of Florida's children with high stakes testing, just so he could make money off the tests. Let's see if he runs. And then let's see if we get the normal 50% voter turn out rate in the election.

Fox news said bush was an extraordinary governor for 2 terms. They are already calling him the conservative Republican candidate who will win the primary because everyone else in the race splitting the republican vote.

Who wants to bet Rubio will be the running mate?

Anonymous said...

outofsight, he doesn't need Rubio as his running mate. He has his family to help get the hispanic vote.

Rubio and Cruz only qualify for a circus and freak-show.

Bush and Rubio cannot run as presidential and vice-presidential candidates on the same ticket. The Constitution requires the president and veep be from different states.

Remember Cheney claiming to be from Wyoming even though he'd lived in Texas for years? I still don't know how they got away with that one.

Jeb Bush's "relationship" with the promoter Ron Krongold is going to hurt Bush. Krongold is the dude who owes $50+ mil for the Jungle Island fiasco.
