75 Times Governor Scott Pleaded the 5th -- But look At Him Answer some of the Other Questions. By Geniusofdespair

Great video of Rick Scott being the dummy he really is....

Rick Scott's Deposition Highlights Medicare/Medicaid Scandal - Biggest fine in history levied against his company for Medicare/Medicaid fraud $1.7 Billion.

Now he is using his ill gotten money from Fraud to blanket the TV with Negative Charlie Crist ads. Don't be fooled.

VOTE FOR CHARLIE CRIST. DEMOCRATS --- GET OFF YOURS ASSES AND GO OUT AND VOTE.

That first video, it is the most awful thing I have ever watched. You should post it every day. What kind of an imbecile is Governor Scott?

OK I probably won't for Scott or Crist for that matter. Yes 5th amendment Scott's a Millionaire and so is Good Time Charlie so based on your logic we shouldn't vote for either of these guys Because they are millionaires? I say don't vote for them because they are not talking issues or policy just beating the crap out of each other.

I mailed my absentee ballot today. I have been waiting a long time to vote against Scott. I remembered the long voting lines; how early voting was stopped; how our votes were counted after everyone else in America in the presidential election; how every voter suppression tactic available was used to reduce the democratic vote; how billions of dollars and thousands of jobs was withheld and denied to people in central FL with the high speed rail project; how over 1.5 million Floridians now have no healthcare because Scott refused to expand Medicaid; how people have suffered and some have died because of his decisions in this regard; how unemployment compensation was denied to thousands of Floridians because of Scott's failure to operate an effective and efficient unemployment compensation program. The list goes on, and on, but I get sick just remembering and thinking about his years as governor. Time for him to go home now. He has hurt us enough. Get those absentee ballots in, or get out to early voting. Don't wait until election day, as we know in Florida anything can happen.. .

The way they keep finding sacks of uncounted absentee ballots, I don't trust mailing something in early. I vote on election day, so I know that my vote is counted.

We must have some confidence in the elections apparatus. I strongly suggest that you not wait until election day. If you don't like absentee voting, then go to early voting. Something may happen on election day that keeps you from going to the polling place. If you get there the lines may be long, you may have long wait times, there may be no parking, your polling place may have changed and you can't vote in that location, your name may not even be on the voter rolls, they may run out of bubble in sheets, the computer may go down, anything can happen. We saw every imaginable impediment known to mankind in the presidential election. We need some degree of freedom here to insure that we can vote. You have two optional methodologies now, but if you wait until election day, you only have one option. This election is too important to take a chance, and risk not voting or succumbing to whatever negative experiences that planned for election day.

Anon above, I agree the list is long. Don't forget, add these:
- Scott took $700 million from property taxes going to water mgt. districts;
- He eliminated the state's 25 year old growth mgt laws;
-Scott has no understanding of the state's environmental challenges, need for conservation, or need for environmental restoration;
-He failed to provide action on climate change and it's potential impacts on the state;

The Miami Herald did a series of articles on Scott's failure to control and stop FL prison guards from abusing and murdering prisoners in FL State Prisons then covering up the murders.

As a public school teacher he really hurt the schools by cutting $3.3 billion from the schools. Teacher salaries were also an issue. Then as he got closer to election he threw nickels and dimes at the systems, but we know who he is.

He has been using the governorship to make money for himself and his friends, He is directly heavily invested in a natural gas company with a pipeline into northern FL. At the same time he prevents homeowners from using solar energy- - so he can make money off natural gas. The reason he denied the high speed rail project for central FL was because his aide has financial involvement in All Aboard FL, the controversial Miami to Orlando rail project. Not only is he using the govership to make money, he is hiding the ill-gotten money from the voters by failing to report $200 million of it on his public disclosure forms.
