Where in the world is Ana Sol Aliegro? … by gimleteye

We now know "where in the world is Ana Sol Aliegro?"

She's in federal custody in Miami. In 2012 our most heavily commented post of the year detailed mysteries of the self-professed Republican "bad girl".

On Friday, news broke inMiami New Times that the FBI arrested and extradited Ana Sol from Nicaragua. The development, subsequently reported in the Miami Herald on page one, was something of a surprise. Ana Sol had high-tailed it to Nicaragua where she believed she was beyond the reach of the US law enforcement. Miami New Times had tracked her down to a hair dressing boutique she operated there, entertaining among others one former Congressman David Rivera who spent his formative years as Tallahassee roommate of Marco Rubio.

We hope the US Attorneys Office does its job and follows the trails to West Dade and other parts celebrated through charming county commissioner newsletters professing how clean their districts are.

Top political lawbreakers in Florida have a way of disappearing into prison terms without leaving a trace. The foremost example is federal prisoner Robert Allen Stanford whose $5 billion Miami-based Ponzi scheme faded to black once Stanford was locked away without revealing how in the world Tallahassee regulators had been persuaded to allow him to operate an offshore bank in Florida.

Ana Sol, we extend a public invitation to interview with Eye On Miami. Now that we know where you are, won't you please talk to our readers?

Yeh, we did a lot work on her trying to figure out where she was.

Do you think she will get bail? Do you think she is a flight risk lol.

Well ladies and gentlemen,
She wont ding but she will be charged. David is next after her.
The question is what can her and David tell us about other politicians including State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle. I mean after all she is the one who let him slide on a 52 count indictment.

Little did we know at the time, but Rivera's opponent Joe Garcia was the bigger criminal who engaged in actual voter fraud. How many of Garcia's staffers are in jail? Is this blog supporting Garcia this time around?

I think Ana Sol Alliegro is sexy as hell. I love that she watches porn and that she once shot a gun at her husband while nude. I want to hook up with her.

Garcia was not alone ... This was a really corrupt race. And Rivera paid someone to run against Garcia.

Her name is spelled Alliegro, not Aliegro.

What about Steve Marin, Al Lorenzo, Francois Illias and all the other sleazy lobbyists who "find votes"? Is the FBI investigating them? Maybe they can be extradicted from Coral Gables?

Why hasn't Joe Garcia been arrested yet? What is taking so long? Are Obama's buddies immune from prosecution?

For the same reason that Gimenez and Bell haven't been arrested--money talks and...

She will not rat on Rivera. Never! She will go to prison, but she will never throw him under the bus.

I saw Rubio at a Gables pizza parlor the other day. No one recognized him. Flor-i-duh.

Rubio probably would have been recognized if someone have handed him a bottle of water.

FYI, CPAC endorsed Rand Paul, not Rubio. St. Pete race for District 13 Congressional race will be telling. Ana needs to sing so that we can clean up the place. Rivera is the reason why I voted for Garcia. Yikes. I am ticked off that Rivera damaged the Republican brand and ticked off at Garcia for his antics too. I don't care what party they are from. If they are doing illegal things, they need to go to jail or have severe consequences. We have to be willing to say that and enforce that.
