Former Senior Legislative Analyst (making about $70,000 a year) to Lynda Bell got nailed for lying when she was a staffer in Homestead. They were friends for quite some time, since Lynda was Mayor of Homestead. Word on the street is Faddis left Lynda's side because of bad treatment by Eddie Borrego.
Looks like we are going to have some bankrupt people, her attorney got nailed too:
Faddis and her attorney are equally responsible for $108,576 and $57,585 on a separate part of the case. She was found to be lying and the judge threw the financial book at her. First she said she was not sexually harassed under oath by the City Manager then she said she was.

The irony of Faddis suing Lobos (she's running the campaign PAC and is also on the corporate paperwork for that money pit hotel)with the Bell connection between them is mind boggling. All three are/were on the taxpayer dole, which we are indirectly picking up the tab for. Homestead taxpayers are getting the royal screwing depending on what benefits Faddis, Lobos & Bell as a former employee and two former elect-eds. Happy New Year Homestead. Please, keep your politicians, the ones not arrested, local from now on and out of County Hall........
Why isn't Lynda Bell on the lawsuit?
The was the the case where Shehedah and several others got caught red-handed visiting porn sites and generally blowing up each other's City-issued phones with sexts. If memory serves, JFad was the recipient of Mike's BlackBerry romantic overtures. She filed the lawsuit to cover her ass when Franklin started snooping around and the sexts were about to go public.

Faddis said the truth the first time when she said She had no relashinship with her ex-manager. But under pressure from her abusive husband and money hungrey attorney, she agreed to lie to make money.
I was told that she called her ex-manager and told him to be there for her against Homestead. But he refused !!!

What will really be interesting is to investigate the tactics Johanna's attorney uses with his clients. I was told by someone in Homestead HR that the city investigate misconduct of some employees and some result in termination.
But what is really interesting that the minute this attorney starts to represent the terminate employee the story changes to race or sex.
Homestead paid several times in the past to just let him go. But the more they paid the more he went after them.
I'm so happy that this time they exposed him and he is paying.
I wish you can in instigate this, this for sure will result in the revocation of his law license.
insiders say Faddis got a nice chushy job somewhere else wthin county government to keep her quiet about Bell. also look into Bovo's staff. one ws a former trooper whoo had to quit because they found out he had a bad drug habit-FHP records to prove and Alina has prior arrest record. isnt this the same office were fraudulent absentee ballots came from and now Bovo has two more thugs workinh there
