Just fantasy and a crazy universe. The moon moves a little bit out of its orbit around the earth, we are toast. Earth definitely hard, moves out of its orbit around the sun, it is too cold or too hot for us to live, we are toast. I don't even want to play with this.
Hold on to your hat Folks. Apparently law enforcement is looking into 2 characters. One is deputy director Joe Ruiz whom is retiring this March. Rumors from unrelated and reliable sources say he was either promised or solicited a job from CH2M Hill and as a result was trying like heck to steer contracts to them.
We call that future dividends, which is illegal, both state and federal crimes. Please look into this.
