MDX: How NOT to fill out a Form 6 Financial Disclosure. By Geniusofdespair
The County Commissioners are pretty good at filling out the more stringent Form 6 -- even Lynda Bell. The MDX Board not so much. Form 1 is used by most city governments if not all. They are useless - too general. Robert Holland, another MDX member has not filled out a financial disclosure in years.
Why??? Gonzalo Sanabria's, another member, lacks specifics. Ethics: Get
over there and teach the MDX how to fill these forms out.

How can it be that Bob Holland does not fill these out? Don't they get kicked off the board? How would you know if there were conflicts of interest if they don't fill these out?
Thumbing their nose at the law.
Someone who has to enforce the rules.
Penalties? Fines? Who is in charge?
Sanabria could be off the board soon if Tricky Ricky says so. Holland, he should be kicked off immediately if not sooner. How come he doesn't comply? No free passes.
