Wayne Rosen is so entwined with Homestead government, it cannot run properly EVER. Wayne what the hell are you doing? Aren't you rich enough? How rich do you have to be? Leave these bumpkins alone. They can get in enough trouble on their own.
This document speaks for itself.
Here is a link to most of what we have written on Wayne Rosen and his oft partner Michael Latterner.

2013 is an election year in Homestead. Wayne bought four year terms for Williams, Maldonado, Shelley, Bateman and Waldman evidently Williams wants another bite of Wayne's money and another four year term.
Wayne is the gravy train for Homestead's politicians.
The question arising out of all of this is when will Williams pay Wayne back the $250,000 cash advance Wayne gave him? Even ethics knows about it and does nothing according to their response.
Does anybody proofread their emails anymore?
The joke is on Homestead.
First, the councilman used a private email account which tells you about his commitment to transparency. Second, he signs off as the Reverend Honorable when he is trying to get back on Rosen's dole?
Full document. Rev, Honorable my ass!

Great research.
I don't know Wayne Rosen but I have an anecdote about him. I was talking with Carlos Gimenez at his victory party after the May 2011 primary. Gimenez had just been announced one minute earlier as one of the primary winners.
Some guy interrupted our conversation by thrusting a phone in Gimenez's face saying Mayor Bateman wanted to congratulate Gimenez. The guy (not Rosen) mentioned that it was Rosen's phone.
I don't know Rosen's relationship to Gimenez, but I have no doubt that Batemen was left with the impression that Rosen and Gimenez were hanging out with each other at the party and were best buddies.
These are insiders who know how scores are posted on political scoreboards. Too bad voters are so inattentive and dumb.
Beady eyed rat face scumbag.

Shouldn't we ask ourselves, was Rosen buying the absence/silence of Williams where his "nay" vote could have made a difference against Rosen. Such as in the Keys Gate Charter High School deal or the settlement of the 93 Agreement ? Or, was this a situation where a newly elected schill merely cashed in on the largese of the main player in Homestead ? Either way, to me this goes beyond unethical and off to the land of criminal. Creating a conflict should merit removal. BTW, the open secret her e now seems to be that Willimas does not live in the city limits but continues to hold office...
