So I looked at the WHOLE PDF of this legislation and I really don't see anything wrong with it. It is a positive step to combat absentee ballot fraud. It might even help stamp it out. This from County Commissioner Pepe Diaz? Who would have thought it. Maybe Rebeca Sosa twisted his arm? Whatever happened, it looks like (gulp) something good came from Pepe Diaz.
