Apostolic Truth Tabernacle Church in Greensburg, Ind., the congregation is made up of a bunch of assholes. Jeff Sangl - Pastor: God would turn his back on you. Let me say it again so it gets picked up, Apostolic Truth Tabernacle Church in Greensburg Indiana has a congregation of morons and a pastor who should hang his head in shame.

These lines are paired with a large block of anti-social norm prohibitions from the era when the Bible was written.
For example:

The quotations you are referring to are two pronged. One, it is an insult and degradation to your neighbor to violate them sexually (even more so with the same sex). This was a common practice in Roman culture. "Abomination" is the modern anglo-saxon translation for a latin based word meaning "against a social norm".
The bible is trying to preach that you should be kind to your neighbor. Second, the Bible is referencing the promotion and sustainability of the Judeo-Christian faith (It was a fledgling little group at the time in the Roman empire). Similar lines say it is an "abomination" to spill ones seed outside of a woman...aka pulling out. It was so, because that would lead to the limiting of a larger congregation, similar to what homosexuality would do.
At no point does it say that those who are gay will go to hell. And at no point does Jesus preach hate and ignorance. In fact he's pretty clear that you as a child of God have no right to judge others.
Your ignorance in the matter is not necessarily as cruel as these hate filled rednecks, but equally as dangerous. Educate yourself.

Most Gays do not beleave in God from what i have been ready so i do expect you to understand the christian faith.One question i have ,If you see a child doing something that you no is wrong would you tell the child about it and talk to the child how dangries that might be and you would get hurt,Than as beeing a christian sometimes we do the same

Stop trying to prove God hates gays and put some love in your heart and don't teach children crap. That is Christianity. Also use a dictionary - believe is not spelled with an A.
