It is BACK!! Like a bad case of the runs, the Brown Application returns. By Geniusofdespair

These friggin' Brown brothers...they just keep on taking.

Kendall Investors, 172, LLC better known as Victor and David Brown drove the environmental groups crazy trying to move the Urban Development Boundary in the April 2007 Comprehensive Development Master Plan Cycle.  I wrote about it a lot because it went on for years. There was a lawsuit paid for by environmental groups and the DCA to try to stop them.  They got their move in 2010 for business and office space making all sorts of promises like:  IT WILL NEVER BE RESIDENTIAL.

Well, now they want to make the property residential. That is why you should never trust restrictive covenants. They are as meaningless as Kim Kardashian's marriage vows.

They have a lot of nerve to try to remove the covenant. I hope the Commissioners are just as angry about this power play as I am. Commission Chair Joe Martinez always said "no residential", let us see how good his word is.

Well it is now up for hearing on 6/17/2014. It needs to be left Business like they fought for in the first place.
