Note to Rundle and the rest of you: If you can possibly get one damn investigation right this is the one! I will be happier than a pig in shit if anyone can nail U.S. Congressman David Rivera who is a pox on the State of Flori-duh. You people that voted for him are a bunch of assholes (this is me being kind to all of you because it is the holidays). Rundle is up for reelection if she gets this one wrong she has to go and I am a Democrat.
Nothing will happen to David Rivera because his crapola would spill and splatter all over Marco Rubio whose enforcer David was. The Republicans powers-that-be will not allow their golden boy to be tarnished.
C'mon! Rivera is beyond "sucks"... but the people have to regain their sanity and stop re-electing the "STREET WALKER FROM THE STATE ATTORNEY'S OFFICE", just like now we have to get rid of the street walker who heads the Florida State Attorney's office! Out with those two $&#@!
Rundle is only willing to vigorously prosecute political corruption cases when the potential defendant is willing to plead guilty.
Grillo got it right, it's all about protecting Rubio, who is tied to many corrupt politicians.
Remember that David Rivera is the same lunatic that ran a mail truck off the road to delay opponents flyers. He should be in jail.

The real solution here is to vote the guy out of office. Continue to humiliate him and educate voters in his district.
Someone should start a facebook page, populate it with all of the articles written about his corrupt practices and spread the word. Write letters to the editor, protest him at his local office, take action to take back the seat from a corrupt politician.
You can't "vote someone out of office" if they can win elections by default using absentee ballots.
Rivera "won" this seat by raking in tens of thousands more absentee ballots than his rival. He lost election day and early voting, but swamped Joe Garcia in magical absentee votes.
