Commissioner Pepe Le Pew's net worth as of 12/21/2010 was $64,296. In 2006 his net worth was $351,586. Looks like it is hard times for us all (except Barbara Jordan - see yesterday's post). In 2006 Pepe figured his trailer and the land it is on in Key Largo were worth $375,000. Now he is estimating them at $220,000. Big hit there.
What was interesting on his report is he has a 'creditor' - Raul Rodriguez of Miami Lakes. I assume it is a loan for $10,779.43. That is in addition to two mortgages that total $341,536. He also has an Equity loan for $49,507. The 2 properties he owns only add up to $396,000. He might not have any equity in those homes anymore.
He works for US Construction Corp. on Douglas Road in Coral Gables, where he makes $119.999.88. He also has two businesses. He has a partnership in Skull Capital (Investments) that is at the same address as his job with US Construction Corp. He also is the sole owner of CKMM Group, LLC. on NW 88th Court in Doral. He is not showing any income from these two companies.
Skull Capital has 2 managers besides Pepe, Rafael Reyes and Armand Gelpi. CKMM Consulting was formed by Carlos M. Trueba. Pepe is the only Officer according to Sunbiz. Rafael and Margaret Reyes and Luis Chiriboga own U.S. Construction. My question would be, do any of the people named in this blog do business with the county?

The company US Construction does work at the AIRPORT!!! CHIRIBOGA worked for the County. Conflict? You bet.
