Running of the Baby Bulls in Miami. By Geniusofdespair
In the 80's a City of Miami official floated the idea of having a running of the bulls on Calle Ocho like Pamplona except she wanted to use baby bulls so no one would get hurt. Random Pixels has the news article on it. When it comes to Miami, anything is possible, no idea is too stupid (remember the race car course through downtown)...except this one.

I remember how they laughed at Ralph Sanchez when he said he wanted to hold a car race on Biscayne Blvd.
