Neither one can keep a beat and both are just SO SLEAZY! How did this moron become Governor? How did Julio get away with so much crap? When are the Fed's going to actually take action or drop the case against the loan shark, public funded Mayor of Hialeah?
To be fair these two were not dancing to highway to hell! The person who posted it put a soundtrack on the video footage. Since they were in Little Havana I assume there was a Latin beat. Still wooden.
