Two Special County Commission Meetings Next Week. By Geniusofdespair

Monday's meeting should be interesting -- especially considering Pepe's memo (I wrote about it yesterday). Will the County Commission do an about-face and decide to appoint instead of holding an election for District 13 and the Mayor's election. I think I might go to find out. 10 AM. Let's take bets on whether Alex Penelas will be there. Expect much posturing and meaningless puffing of chests. And, lets see the stalling tactics on the charter changes.
