My spouse says I am a hater...I guess I am. I add to my hate list: Push Polls. For those of you who don't know what one is, according to the Mystery Pollster:
"The important thing to remember is that a "push poll" is not a poll at all. It's a fraud, an attempt to disseminate information under the guise of a legitimate survey. The proof is in the intent of the person doing it."
Someone in the Coral Gables District 4 Commission Race just put out a push poll, apparently after Gonzalo Sanabria (who can blame them) and Brad Rosenblatt. Take a look at an in depth description of this Coral Gables push poll over at the Discourse Blog. Nasty stuff going on in Coral Gables. I thought rich people behaved better (LOL).

It's going to get even nastier leading up to the election. Regarding the candidates - Sanabria ran a nasty campaign against Anderson last time and lost; Rosenblatt is supported by the big interests in the Gables. Don't trust his populist rhetoric; it's a farce. The other three candidates - Alvarez, Martin, and Quesada - offer MUCH better alternatives.
I am supporting Rosenblatt. He is a good guy.

I predict this Coral Gables election cycle will introduce the City to a level of campaigning never before witnessed in the city's history. Polling, campaigning for absentee votes, electioneering via 527s, paid phone banks: welcome to Coral Gables.
With any luck Coral Gables voters will pick the best candidates to lead the city as Mayor and commission.
Sanabria keeps pushing his Baptist Hospital connection like he owns the place. If Baptist Hospital has such a great reputation in the community, why would they allow this nasty bozo on their board? Quick, Baptist, think again before this guy tarnishes your good name!
I got the push poll. I was so offended by the questions that I stopped answering them. The candidate who approved this poll should be revealed
OH MY GOD the poll was disgusting!!! I can't believe someone can be this disturbing!
You may be disgusted by the Rosenblatt allegations, but it turns out, that they're all true. Go to the Miami-Dade Public records and type his name - lawsuits, foreclosures, etc. Incredible!
