The PAC that Will Make Mayor Alvarez Shudder. By Geniusofdespair

On February 8th Norman Braman opened Yes to Recall, Inc. No campaign reports yet, but we do have unlimited fund potential here if we look at his other PAC People Who Want Honest Government, Inc. which raised $240,000 in one cycle by one donor - Norman Braman. In fact most of the $521,112 raised by this PAC was raised from Norman Braman ($50,000 from Marty Margulies).

What about Miami Voice's numbers?

Go look them up. I only do what I care about. Unless you want to pay me?

Will this PAC go against Natasha? I hope

Isn't Norman Braman like the Miami version of the Koch Brothers? He is rich and believes in limited government with accountability. He has to be evil.

If you think Norman Braman is for good government you have been sniffing exhaust pipes from Braman's used cars for too long.

Look at the politicians that Braman supports.

If the recall of Alvarez succeeds, elected officials will kowtow to Braman and the tea party flakes in the future. It will not be pretty.

Maybe so you can't see how much the Old Cuban Geezer plants have ripped the PAC off for.
You wonder why Bruno's hide got saved, those old vultures have close ties to ARMANDO GUTTIERREZ Miami's Phantom Mayor who wasn't paying attention when VNS got hit with Recall but sent in his minions to make sure Bruno was spared.

Braman's first PAC hasn't reported either. You expect sloppiness from Miami Voice, but not from a billionaire. Maybe he's too rich to follow the law.

Is Bruno retarded? I've met with him several times and I'll be honest it seems like no ones home.

I know someone who is inside the Alvarez camp and they are completely demoralized. Early voting starts Monday and there are no signs, no flyers, no ads, and, based on the attendance at their recent meeting, no volunteers. My friend said Alvarez seems depressed and unmotivated.

Hey Carlos ... why the long face? LOL!

Where is Alvarez's "Vote No" website? I couldn't find it. Whoever heard of an effective political campaign without a website? It looks like Alvarez is not willing or able to muster a campaign in his defense. When I go to vote on Monday, if I don't see an Alvarez supporter with a sign, I will know he stands no chance of winning.

Genius - I heard George Burgess is presently running government-purchased ads somewhere that say the county is doing an awesome job. Apparently, the ads don't specifically mention the recall effort but they are a thinly veiled attempt to support Carlos Alvarez. Do you or your readers know anything about it?

I am a jewish American married to a cuban and a long time resident of Miami Dade county. I have always admired the compassion, drive and solidarity that exist among cubans.

Today I am disappointed to see how cubans are at each others throat destroying the legacy that were fought so hard to attained.

I am not please with Norman Braman's game of divide and conquer, because like the cubans our culture strongly promote unity.

It's beyond me as to why the cuban community would allow Norman Braman to use them in such a manner, for the benefit of a few.

I love that Alvarez is demoralized. I only hope his puppeteer Burgess is feeling the same way. Alvarez and Seijas will be drummed out of office in 2 weeks. Early voting starts on Monday. Can't wait!

Hold your horses Trig, in terms of demoralized, whom ever that person who claimed to be in the inside of Alvarez's camp need to speak for themself, depress and unmotivated is not part of Alvarez character.

The Mayor is very upbeat and look foward to March 16, this election is simply an obstacle which I'm sure he will overcome like all the others throughout his life and career.

Mayor Alvarez have thousands of supporters waiting patiently to cast their ballot in the election, come Tuesday March 15 some will definitely be suprize and may not like the sound of the drum!

Hey Look the Alvarez campaign hired Bagdad BOB to post on blogs.

I voted today at North Miami library and here is my update. Present were four people in yellow Alvarez shirts who appeared to be hired off of Craigslist. One of them told me he was "just trying to make a few bucks." Light voter traffic. One couple both gave thumbs down as they passed the Alvarez people who were just standing around. No one present from Braman's camp at all - which surprised me.

I am not surprised that Alvarez has hired guys off the street to pretend to support him. After all, he hired Alex Diaz de la Portilla to run his anti-recall campaign. When a current Republican office holder privately asked Diaz de la Portilla if he supports Alvarez, he said, "No, but he's a client and he pays his bills." LOL!
