Natacha Seijas on the Petition Gatherers in 2006. By Geniusofdespair

Last recall, Natacha spoke at 2 County Commission meeting about the Petition Gatherers, she is never at a loss for words and her factoids are not actually factual. She called the people losers, criminals and racists - among other things:

In this one she talking about the URBAN DEVELOPMENT BOUNDARY:

What a distorted view she has of both herself and reality. Her version of "the truth" is certainly not mine, and I was there.

She came close to the Souto "Wine & Cheese" set line, but claimed Mansions on 5 acres and that we used the spanish speaking help to get petition signatures. Umm, what F******* planet does she live on?

Her boasting about throwing people in jail is no joke, but it didn't happen the way she "thinks" it should have. Those were the friends of the PBA doing that non sense for no reason othere than intimidation.

Unfortunately, when she addresses people from outside her District collecting signatures is really telling. If she wants to just vote on issues affecting Dist. 13, that would work for me. The HUGE problem is, she makes decisions affecting all of us - COUNTY WIDE!

VNS IS A COUNTY WIDE PROBLEM! She talks of helping the less fortunate, elderly, children - really? She uses our tax dollars and in my opinion probably mis uses them more than for their stated purpose. And, by that, I mean wastes a lot of funds on administration than funds going directly to the people/services they're were supposed to help.

Boy, this whole thing is making my blood boil. As I wrote a few days ago, VNA is the prime example of HOW NOT TO BEHAVE AS A POLITICIAN.

She can't be recalled soon enough, and I truly hope both the PBA, SEIU & AFL CIO stay far away from all of this, because voters are pretty pissed off right now.

One reason unions are weakening, is that their leadership is insulated by privilege and perks. Natacha knows this perfectly well. She doesn't hesitate to pull their chains, and they are too scared to form independent judgments of what a witch she is.

I am one of those people VNS "despises". Her rant is so full of lies, it is unbelievable she was allowed to spout this bile from the dais. Her speech is typical dictator rhetoric; "I am good and for the masses, you are bad because you dared to cross me". I did none of the things of which I was accused. Her threat to "take care of them" should have been investigated by the State Attorney but the complaint was ignored. I live south of the "Mason Dixie" line; don't have a maid or a 5 acre estate. I was investigated for hours by the Public Corrupton Unit upon the orders of Ferendez-Rundle. No wrong-doing was found but that did not stop VNS from trying to ruin my reputation; also not important to the State Attorney or Ethics for behavior not befitting a public official. Just who protects the public from abuse by people like VNS in this County?

Unions are not our friends said...

The Unions are on the downswing.

It is hard to respect a union who will not come to the table and go for a wage freeze to keep other people working in tough economic times.

I have a strong dislike of the THUG mentality that certain Seijas Union friends carry and fact that some unions badger employers to the point the owners would rather walk away from their business and throw all those rank and file union members on the street without a job.

I was raised in a union household. And these unions that plague our county and state are not the unions I grew up with.

The Union members hard work is being undermined by their leaders. But, they elect their leaders, so they get what they voted for.

There is such a huge anti Union/Budget busting storm coming, I cannot fathom how they can justify expenses like $25k to the PAC helping VNS.

The Unions should step aside and stay out of this. If they don't, this is only going to create so much more animosity.

When public servants are being paid more than the private sector, there's a huge problem. When Unions get mad because the State wants them to actually contribute to their own pensions - like the rest of the Country & Public Sector, they get mad.

Well, I'm mad too, and I pay far too much in taxes to have to sit back and watch these Unions cry foul, while they dole out funds to politcal campaigns for candidates who need to either retire, be in prison or are just plain incompetent.

This is just my opinion as a really angry tax payer/voter in Miami Dade County.
