I googled the Barreiro foundation. I found two press releases from the Dim Ones (that's my nick name for Bruno) commission office announcing some stuff in "partnership with the Barreiro Foundation". I didn't go much futher because I'm sure I'll find something else that's going to really piss me off and I'm irritated enough with the County Hall money shuffle!
