Here is the link. Just type in: "abre los brazos" under party name. Hit on Dockets when the new screen comes up. The order of dismissal was last - Feb. 9th, but an amended complaint was filed the day before. Heard Cody knew what was coming so he filed.

You made me look. I didn't know the Miami Dade PBA was an intervening Plaintiff.
But, this all goes back to when Seijas mandated all newly incorporated areas use the Miami Dade police. I guess they owe her.
However, Miami Dade PBA - you have lost all credibility and abuse the taxpayers. I strongly support our officer's on the street, believe me. I do not support the PBA any longer. The leaders of the PBA who decided this cause was a good idea need to be removed from office immediately.
How dare you! You have bullied the Commissioners every budget year. Take note, there will be very vocal opposition to anything you propose in front of the BCC. The taxpayers are watching and we're mad at the mis use and waste of OUR money by groups like the PBA!
Thanks for providing the link. Unfortunately, though it has been reported in the media that the case has been re-filed naming Harvey Ruvin in the suit, the Clerk's website is not listing the new case information. Sometimes the Clerk can move at the speed of light - faster than one of Braman's BMWs - and other times information flows slow as molasses through the bureacracy. Makes you wonder, doesn't it?
He actually refiled BEFORE the verdict it is on there. Just no link to papers.
That was not a refiling, it is an amended complaint that the court reviewed prior to the dismissal without prejudice entry. The case has been refiled, naming the Clerk as an indispensible party, but the Clerk is not listing it on the state of the art tracking system. Go figure.
"Heard Cody knew what was coming so he filed." Heard from who? Heard anything else? What's going to happen next?
Yeah, I heard you were a putz.
