A Reader sent me this photo. By Geniusofdespair

It appears that Miami Attorney Ben Kuehne is not the only one to wear a bow tie. Natacha Seijas's recall attorney's assistant attorney, relegated to carrying the briefcase for Coffey, was seen wearing a bow tie recently while out and about.

Ouch. Please keep the photos chest up. Although, that is not a photo, but a diet aid for us all. Please, if there is more skin to a larger (much larger) photo, make sure his briefcase is appropriately placed, though I am sure that I would be laughing through the barfing.

The barf-o-meter is off the charts.

I would compare him to the Chris Farley character on SNL, but Farley was lovable and funny. Nothing funny about this sad case.

Cody looks like he is looking up to Kendall. He always is in the shadow of someone else, Miguel comes to mind.

Genius seems obsessed with Cody. He's just a lawyer doing his job. Everyone deserves the attorney of their choice. Hey, Genius! Did you know Cody got a county ordinance struck down that attempted to limit free speech? Keep his number handy in case you get sued for libel or slander -- a real possibility since you edit your blog responses. Nice briefcase pictured in the photo with Cody. Kendall always has good taste in briefcases. Cody does so well at carrying briefcases for others.

We have 301 posts on Seijas spanning years. Her lawyers deserve some lampooning for representing her...

Come on people. Let's leave Cody alone. First of all, he is not a major player. He holds briefcases for the big guys. He blew his chance to move up when he was slaughtered on the Flinn case. Cody was described as Roadkill at a bench and bar event. Secondly, he has issues at home; he has a family to feed and actually works out of the garage of his Palmetto Bay home, not an office. Anyone who has seen his house realizes that this guy schleps from case to case, mortgage payment to mortgage payment.

It is funny to take down a heavyweight, but Cody is not one of them. Let the guy make a living for his family. Not everyone is fortunate to have a quality client base leading to an upscale legal practice and resulting lifestyle.

Genius is far from obsessed with Cody. Libel, slander? Ha! He has made himself a public figure (and quite a physicially large one at that) so a different standard applies. Good luck Cody. Booooo hooooo.

If he can't take the heat, he needs to stay out of the kitchen (which would also help him on the weight issue as well).
