If the county permitted them to, the LBA would be building the same thing.
At first I asked, is it tilt wall construction. Nooooo, it could not have just toppled like that. Look how the footers (or what ever the base is) didn't even crack. Wow.
Was it a Lennar or Century Builders Project?
I am amazed that the building held together, mostly, through the collapse.M
