Sleeping all Day: Total Eclipse of the Head. By Geniusofdespair

When in doubt about what to do, I sleep, and eat a lot of junk food. After eating some candy bars crushed in ice cream, I was in a twilight dream state watching the movie "The Coneheads," a movie about alien outcasts stranded here from another planet trying to fit in. I was right at home with the film... it is how I am feeling today especially while contemplating what your governor Rick Scott is going to do in Florida. The fish out of water theme is suiting me fine. It is 4 pm, time to finally get up and face a night of pizza and wine. Despair is rocking my life today.

I am walking around like a zombie. A man who had a hospital chain that got over a billion dollar fine is now our governor.

The people didn't give him a favorable approval rating but they voted for him anyway. This is an out of body experience if there ever was one.

I can safely say to all the Republicans who voted for him YOU ARE ALL OUT OF YOUR HEADS, GET HELP.

I didn't think Rick Scott could look any scarier, but the conehead proved me wrong!

It is appropriate that the state that leads the nation in Medicare Fraud would be led by a Medicare cheat.

I find it hard to believe that someone can be associated with one of the largest corporate thefts and subsequent fine cases in this country's history and still get elected into a public office. What in the hell is wrong with this country?

I ate two bowls of cocoa crispies last night and then one more this morning. Then I went to sleep for 6 hours. Tonight I am eating some of my left over Halloween candy and I am going to watch something stupid on television.

The people elect a governor that pleaded the fifth amendment 75 times. Florida is indeed the dumbest state in the union.

Could they finally release Alex Sink's depositions when she was Florida's Chief Executive for NationsBank? How many times did SHE plead the fifth? She was in that SEC elderly fraud case right up to her eyeballs!

Seriously, Sink's deposition??

Scott has a CURRENT one for his new chain of clinics and wouldn't release the depo?

Will he have to now that he's our our Governor and Ambasador from France (conehead reference required).

I think the most disturbing part of his victory speech was the first sentence when he announced that "Florida is open for business!"
As he leads the state down the tubes I will be sure to remind his supporters that Rick has always been about "business" and not the people's interests.

Thank you, previous poster. If you can get the original speech (that has not been edited), you will hear his lieutenant Governor saying "[personal funds]... good return on investment" They took it out of the youtube.
