I lied. It is actually the day my computer died but I am still going to drive my Chevy to the levee.
Yes, Pepe (I named my hard drive Pepe) is officially dead. I have a new computer coming so don't expect any photoshop magic for a few weeks. Bummer time, watching your faithful computer of 6 years pass on to a blue screen.

But I could have told you Genius...this world was never meant for anyone as beautiful as you. Starry, starry night!
Hmmm -- from the looks of it, the computer was dropped to the floor one time too many - told ya not to do that to Pepecito
'disposable' $400 laptops is where it's at!
You have it open. Just pull out your harddrive and buy a new one (their cheap) and replace it. Then you are without your computer for only one hour.
Are you going to bury it in the backyard? When's the funeral? My condolences.
The only problem with getting a new computer is that one day that one will die too. Are you willing to go through it again? I guess its better to have written and lost than to never have written at all.
tom
Good one Tom, and the poem too. That actually isn't a photo of my computer, I don't know how to do anything with art/photos on this damn PC.
Did you name your hard drive after Pepe Riesco or Pepe Diaz?
Pepe Le Pew.
Please GoD, DO NOT bury the computer in the back yard as one Anonymous poster suggested. Don't polute our environment. There are toxic components in the computer. Take it to a County recycling center and dispose of it properly.
Bury it. It is not funny to even joke about it.
My tower I use as a stand for my other computer. I haven't turned it on in years but I suspect it works. I don't have a backyard so don't fear about disposal.
GET A MAC!
eat a Big Mac... or, have an Apple.
while singing: The farmer in the Dell, the farmer in the Dell...
Hi-ho, the derry-o
The farmer in the Dell.
Ok... I am getting slap-happy while having my Friday-nite happy hour.
