Im for 4, but in 30 ywars of attending county commission meetings, i dont recall any zoning hearings scheduled for 3 am to get stuff passed. There are plenty of shennanigans already without having to exaggerate.

Might not be scheduled but they drag on.. I have been to 14 hour meetings
