Maybe those freak storms yesterday in the North East (Severe weather was forecast to continue pushing through the East Coast on Friday) are going to be more the norm than the exception. Hear what Dr. Jane Lubchenco, Head of NOAA said in Miami on Wednesday, in one of my short videos. She says that combined global and ocean temperatures tracked by NOAA, for the period January through May, are the highest recorded EVER. They have been tracking the temperature since 1880. As always, if you don't see the video hit this link.

First he Bible Thunbers tell me the world is a few thousand years old and that the Flintstones was based on reality.
Now you say "EVER" in planetary history is 130 years.
First the Global Warming Deniers pointed to the unusually cool winter weather as evidence there was no Global Warming now the believers say the unusually hot summer is evidence GW is here.
Thumpers, Birthers, Truthers, Warmers, Deniers etc etc etc.
Whats a pragmatist to do?
My Theory is that GOD (the one without the blog) is only responding from a request from Lucifer because Hell is full so he's turning up the heat here in order to make earth an extension of hell (It already is for a few folks living in un and underdeveloped countries).
OH NO! That would mean Ron Book and Natasha would be here for eternity!!!!!
I said EVER recorded...
Only after the PERIOD!
So How will it all end G.O.D.?
I comet hitting us (like a property tax bill)? A massive Flood (of Government debt)? a giant Tectonic shift (by Natasha in her chair)? A plague (of lobbyist)?
Look again Cato, yu are wrong, and this time, watch the video.
Also: We don't "Fix" we report and we offer opinions for your consideration and hopefully, we provoke the action of others who are in a position to "Fix" (like Kathleen Fernandez Rundle for instance). So to all the readers who harp on us to do more like offer solutions and take action, I say: "We do enough." You will not engage me further. That is all I have to say.
She lost me at "State of the Climate Report" PLEEAASSEEE folks on the left and on the right stop politicizing everything your boring the crap out of everyone in the process.
The earth has been around for 4 Billion years and our species will be gone some day and the earth will stil be around for billions more years.
Maybe we should concentrate more on enjoying our short stay here 75 years compared to 4,000,000,000 (Don't mind the extra ZEROS born again thumpers) kinda puts things in perspective even the 2,000,000 we humans have been trashing the place seem trivial.
When the earth is tired of us it will show us the door by
A burning us under a depleted ozone
B Starving us to death in a drought
C Washing us down in a flood or
D getting in the way of a gigantic comet.
E- Spawning a virus that will put an end to (in)Humanity
Some deadpan beaurocrat defending a meaningless political position du jour doesn't signify SQUAT!
BTW KFR Ain'T fixin a darn thing
No Matter if you type till your falanges start showing.
Don't gets me wrong I's apreciate the effort.
IF (and that's a huge qualifyer based on recent information on pre-eminent global warming scientists fudging data to support global warming) this is the warmest period ever (we've only been keeping track for about 120 years), what proof is there that the warming is anthropogenic in any significant percentage?
And I don't know about you, but I found this winter in Miami to be unusually cold. What if they checked out the same time frame but started in October or November instead of January.
How you choose your data can have a significant impact on the results. Not that anyone (like global warming scientists) would choose the data set that most supports the conclusion they wish to reach (Oh, they've already been caught doing that!).
That's why medical trials require double blind studies utilizing a placebo. That way the data is the data. Global climate scientists should follow similar protocols to ensure data integrity.
Was the unusually cold winter also caused by global warming?
What a F_____g joke.
