No, I didn't mean Gloria Estefan. I am talking about the somber guy upstaging her. In this photo from the front page of the Miami Herald (Friday), at a march in solidarity with the Cuban Ladies in White, you also get to see County Commissioner Jose "Pepe" Diaz. Now I am not saying he is a media whore or anything...just pointing out he just happens to be in this photo at the elbow of Miami's pop queen Gloria Estefan.
To the Miami Herald's credit, they did not identify him. I bet that steamed him. Under no circumstances should anyone ever vote for this guy - my opinion - and most definitely not for Mayor! (more on protest)

No Regalado was there...however he did not jump up on the stage. It was a "thank you" from Gloria and thats it. No political speak. I liked that about the event.
He looks slimed down, maybe cause he's not getting all that cheese from the De Cespedes'a Brothers or that Cncun Shrimp from Sergio Pino

He has slimmed down because he underwent his SECOND gastric bypass. Thats right, he is such a glutton that he wore out his first one. One more and the stomach pops. You can only stretch a balloon so much.
Why was he backing Lynda Bell in Homestead? What could she do for him or what did she do for him down there ?
Who is the tired looking guy with the goatee and the sunglasses? He looks like he just escaped from prison.
