On March 5th you can get just that, a free lunch and a free continental breakfast in the most beautiful surroundings, Fairchild Tropical Botanical Garden (also free).
All you have to do to get the free food is sit through the Miami Dade County Park's Summit. It is painless to sit through and informative. There is actually a lot of thought that goes into recreation in Miami Dade. I have been to the summit before, there are a lot of network opportunities for the jobless and the gadflies will keep busy here. RSVP a must: erich@miamidade.gov. My advice, visit the Garden after the meeting is over.
