I am not actually proud to announce the winner in my Ethically Challenged Beauty Contest, but we have a winner just the same. Michelle Spence Jones was the only looker in the bunch, I happen to think she is very attractive. You will remember, that to be considered, an elected official had to have been arrested.

Plenty of challengers in the corrupt department, not many lookers though...
