Something Fishy in Hialeah? By Geniusofdespair

What the hell is going on here? Former Beauty Queen/Current Hialeah Councilwoman Katherine Cue and Mayor Julio Robaina have written a children's book together called "When I Grow Up." Something more is brewing in Hialeah than meets the eye. I just have a strong hunch on this duo. I can't imagine what their book is like. Anyone got the scoop?

Cue won the election in Hialeah only because the other candidate was so bad, even the Miami Herald admitted as much during endorsement time. Developer/Realtor Julio Robaina won simply because it is Hialeah and he will win forever without term limits.

Publishing a children's book is a silly thing that lovers would do. Of course, many people find their significant others at the workplace. Cue and Robaina are both single, right?

do they also vote the same way on every item before the commission?

All I know is that a few weeks ago, if you went to the city's webiste, a window promoting the sale of the book would pop up before the website even appeared. I couldn't tell you if this is legal or not, but we could probably find a judge who would agree with anything the mayor wants...

It is very unfortunate that the Mayor Robaina and councilwoman Cue have launched "them" book "When I grow up", which would be slightly less than nothing if it were not for the illustrations, without giving credit to the artist who made them. Just take a look of that book and read it, simple, so simple....
