I like Jim Morin's cartoon in this morning's Herald. Jim knows as well as anyone that the the bag of cash titled "$$$ Medicare Fraud" could be any number of scum the Magic City is depressingly famous for. Too bad there is not a little interactive tab where you could check a box in a list and your selection would appear on the money bag. You'll just have to imagine it, I guess.
