I feel sorry for Tomas Regalado. Manny Diaz and his co-horts have left the City of Miami facing bankruptcy. By many measures Miami is already bankrupt. Miami's reserves have been depleted from $140 mil to perhaps less than $50 mil. Much less. All so Manny Diaz could give taxpayer money to his friends.

I feel sorry for Regalado. Taking over Manny's mess. Step one should be to hire a forensic accountant to find out how badly Manny and his so-called CFO Larry Spring screwed up.
As a proud Cuban-American, I will like to express my disappointment for the undemocratic and mob liked behabior that I personally witnesses while serving as a volunteer for a good friend running for Commissioner in the City of Miami past election.
I worked the polls during early voting week and on election day. I also was involved during the last six months of his campaign.
Someone illegally removed over one hundred campaign signs that were legally posted after obtaining permission from the property owners.
We heard from several senior citizens that unknown workers for other candidates had filled out the absentee ballot for them.
Senior citizens were bussed to the polls and then to Versailles Restaurant after securing their votes. Some others were walked into the polls two at a time, while being held by unknown individuals wearing sun glasses and baseball caps. These same individuals would make several trips each day.
On election day, voters could not even exit their vehicles before being rushed by a mob of poll workers most of whom were being paid and manny did not even speak english.
There are a lot more irregularities that I observed which needs to be looked at by the proper authorities specially what is going on with the absentee ballots(0ver 28,000 requested ??????).
